Evaluation of Reference Genes Suitable for Gene Expression during Root Enlargement in Cherry Radish Based on Transcriptomic Data

Reliable reference genes (RGs) are of great significance for the normalization quantitative data. RGs often used as a to ensure accuracy experimental results detect gene expression levels by reverse transcription–quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR). To evaluate normalized that suitable studying during process radish stele enlargement, based on functional annotations and fragment per kilobase transcript million mapped reads (FPKM) values in transcriptome data, three traditional (GAPDH, 18SrRNA, ACTIN7) seven commonly (UBQ11, TUA6, TUB6, EF-1b1, EF-1a2, PP2A11, SAND) were obtained. In study, geNorm, NormFinder, BestKeeper from RefFinder comprehensively analyzed stability ranking candidate RGs. The showed compared with RGs, common show higher more stable expression. Among PP2A11 is recommended optimal RG cherry enlargement. This research provides useful reliable resource accurate study root enlargement radishes facilitates genomics
